Belgrade will get exclusive Hotel in city centre |

Belgrade company ABD from Belgrade is planning to start building hotel and mall within 6 moths. Building will be constructed on exclusive location on the corner of Knez Mihajlova and Rajiceva street in Belgrade city core.
Investors expect to finish the project by year 2011. and total project value will be approximately 100 million Euros. Exclusive five star hotel with 240 rooms and underground garage will be housed in the building together with the mall. Total size of building in first phase of development will be 46 000 sq. meters or almost 500 000 sq. feet. Company ABD which is member of Israeli company Ashtrom Intenational, received permission to start the construction, and preparation wok is already under way, and it will last for 6 months, to clear the sight, to bridge the installations, and creating of secure supporting walls. |

Morgan StanleyMorgan Stanley Frontier Emerging Markets started with trading on NY Stock market on August 25th under “FFD” symbol, and it is intended for speculative capital.
With selling 7,1 million of shares, fund managed to raise 142 million dollars, and it is planned to gather up to 163,3 mil. $ for developing markets. As it is stated, this American investment company, started this fund in order to provide long term high income, although they cannot guarantee that they will be accomplished. Fund promised to invest at least 80% of total assets into the companies which are doing business in frontier emerging markets. |
